Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required for an appointment. 

We understand that things happen so you're able to reschedule by contacting us 48hrs prior to your original appointment date.

Please Note: Another deposit will be required if you have to reschedule more than once. The reschedule has to be made within a month of original booking.
